Once an order is placed and payment is processed, it is considered final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds under any circumstances.
2. Exceptions to the Policy
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, we will consider returns or refunds only if the product:

Is found to be defective or damaged upon delivery.

Does not conform to the specifications mentioned at the time of purchase.
In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

4. Refund Process
If a return is approved:

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.
